How we collect, use, and protect your personal data — and what it means that every bike ships DDP, so you are never surprised by a bill after delivery.
Last updated: May 2026
We collect only what we need to build your bike and keep you informed. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers. As we sell to European customers, we comply fully with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — regardless of where we are based.

The data controller for yourbadge.bike is Scoponi Trading, based in Taichung, Taiwan. We sell fully customised bicycles directly to consumers in Europe under the YourBadge.Bike brand.
Although established in Taiwan, we sell exclusively to European customers and therefore comply fully with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) under Article 3(2), which applies to controllers offering goods to individuals in the EU regardless of where the controller is based.
For any privacy-related question, contact us at hello@yourbadge.bike. We respond within 1 business day.

We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

As a data subject under GDPR, you have the following rights. To exercise any of them, contact us at hello@yourbadge.bike. We will respond within 30 days.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority — for example the Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit (BE), the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (NL), or the Bundesdatenschutzbeauftragter (DE) — if you believe we have not handled your data correctly.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. If you withdraw consent for marketing emails, we will remove you from our list within 48 hours.

We use the minimum number of cookies required to operate the site and — with your consent — to measure which ads bring visitors to us. We do not use profiling, retargeting, or social media tracking cookies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example when we add new services or when the law requires it. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date at the top of this page. We will not reduce your rights without your knowledge.
