Scoponi Trading · yourbadge.bike
The complete terms that govern your order, what our warranty covers, and what it means that every bike ships DDP — so you are never surprised by a bill after delivery.
Last updated: May 2026
Every YourBadge.Bike order ships DDP — Delivered Duty Paid. The price you agreed on our proforma invoice is the total price. Import duties, VAT, and customs clearance are already settled before your bike crosses the border. You will never receive an invoice from a customs agent, courier, or postal service after your bike is delivered.

These terms apply to all quote requests and purchase orders placed with Scoponi Trading, operating as YourBadge.Bike (yourbadge.bike). By submitting a quote request or confirming a purchase order, you agree to these terms in full.
Scoponi Trading is registered in Taiwan (R.O.C.) and sells directly to consumers in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, and France. Notwithstanding registration in Taiwan, all sales to European consumers are subject to applicable EU consumer protection law.

All bikes are built to order in Taichung, Taiwan. No order is confirmed and no production commitment exists until both of the following have occurred:
Step 1: You have received and accepted a written proforma invoice from Scoponi Trading detailing your build specification, price, lead time, and delivery address.
Step 2: Your 30% deposit payment has cleared into our account.
Until both conditions are met, either party may withdraw without obligation.
Cancellation after production begins: Because your bike is manufactured to your exact specification — frame colour, badge name, component selection, and size — we are unable to cancel or refund orders once production has commenced. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of a defect or non-conformity (see Section 6).
Specification changes requested after production has begun may be accommodated at our discretion and may result in additional costs and lead time. Any agreed changes will be confirmed in writing.

All prices are quoted DDP (Delivered Duty Paid, Incoterms® 2020). This means:
Included in your price
Everything is settled upfront
The price on your proforma invoice includes the bike, packing, sea freight to Europe, customs clearance, import duties, VAT at the applicable rate in your destination country, and last-mile delivery to your address. There is nothing to pay on arrival.
What you will never receive
No customs bill. No VAT notice. No surprises.
You will not receive an invoice from a customs agent, courier, postal carrier, or any other party in connection with the import of your bike. If you ever receive such a bill, contact us immediately at hello@yourbadge.bike — we will resolve it at no cost to you.
Prices are fixed in Euro (€) at the time your proforma invoice is issued. Once you have paid your deposit, your price is locked and cannot be changed by us, regardless of exchange rate movements, shipping cost fluctuations, or duty rate changes.
Payment terms: 30% deposit to confirm your order and commence production · 70% balance due before the bike is released for shipment. Both amounts will be stated clearly on your proforma invoice before you commit.

Indicative lead time from order confirmation to delivery at your door is 8–14 weeks. This is a guide only. Your confirmed lead time will be stated in writing on your proforma invoice before you pay.
We will keep you informed at every key stage: factory confirmation, production completion, departure from Taiwan, arrival in Europe, customs clearance, and dispatch for final delivery. You will not be left wondering where your bike is.
We currently deliver to: Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, and France. Delivery to other European countries may be possible — contact us to discuss.
Delivery is to the address specified on your order. If you are unable to receive the bike on the confirmed delivery date, please contact us as soon as possible. Re-delivery or storage costs arising from missed delivery attempts may be passed on at cost.

Frame colours on this website are represented as accurately as possible, but screens vary in calibration and colour reproduction. The actual painted finish may differ slightly from on-screen previews.
Colours are applied by our manufacturing partner in Taichung using Pantone or RAL references. If you have a specific colour requirement, provide the exact Pantone or RAL code in your quote request — we will confirm feasibility and include it in your proforma invoice.
We do not guarantee an exact match to any reference colour system not specified in writing on your proforma invoice, nor to any third-party paint or product.
Your badge name and any custom decals will be reproduced as supplied. You are responsible for supplying the correct spelling, capitalisation, and format. Once production has begun we cannot correct decal errors at no charge — please review your specification carefully before paying your deposit.
06 —
By submitting a brand name, logo, or any text for application to the frame, you confirm that you hold the right to use that name or mark and that its use does not infringe any registered or unregistered trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property right held by a third party.
Scoponi Trading accepts no liability for intellectual property infringement arising from customer-supplied names, marks, or artwork.
We reserve the right to refuse any name or mark that we reasonably believe infringes a registered trademark — including, by way of example only, the names of established bicycle brands. If your requested name is refused, we will offer you the opportunity to supply an alternative before any production commitment is made.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right you hold under mandatory EU consumer protection law. In particular:
These rights exist independently of, and are not diminished by, the commercial warranty we offer in Section 8. Where our commercial warranty is more favourable to you than your statutory rights, the commercial warranty applies. Where your statutory rights are more favourable, those rights prevail.
To exercise any statutory right, contact us at hello@yourbadge.bike. We will respond within 5 business days.

In addition to your statutory rights, Scoponi Trading offers the following commercial warranty on all bikes sold through YourBadge.Bike.
Covered
Frame & Fork — 2 Years
Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. Applies from the date of delivery at your door.
Covered
Components — Manufacturer Warranty
Components carry the warranty of their respective manufacturers (e.g. SRAM, SR Suntour, Tektro, Maxxis, TranzX). We will assist you in submitting warranty claims to the relevant manufacturer.
Not Covered
Normal Wear & Consumables
Brake pads, tyres, cables, chain, cassette, and other items subject to normal wear are not covered. These are consumables requiring regular replacement.
Not Covered
Damage from Misuse or Modification
Damage caused by accident, crash, misuse, overloading, unauthorised modification, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines is excluded from warranty.
Not Covered
Cosmetic Damage
Paint chips, scratches, and surface marks that do not affect the structural integrity or function of the bike are not covered under warranty.
Always Applies
EU Statutory Rights — 2 Years
Your statutory 2-year conformity guarantee under EU Directive 2019/771 applies regardless of the commercial warranty. Both exist simultaneously.
How to make a warranty claim: Email hello@yourbadge.bike with your order reference number, a written description of the defect, and clear photographs. We will assess the claim and respond within 5 business days with a proposed remedy.
Where a valid warranty claim is accepted, we will — at our discretion — repair, replace the defective part, or issue an appropriate credit. We will not charge you for parts, labour, or return shipping on approved warranty claims.
09 —
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Scoponi Trading's total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant bike.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of use, loss of enjoyment, or costs of alternative transport, unless such losses result from our fraud or wilful misconduct.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.
10 —
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you submit your quote request is the version that applies to your order. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date at the top of this page.
11 —
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you hold under the laws of your country of residence.
If a dispute arises that we cannot resolve between us, you may refer the matter to the online dispute resolution platform of the European Commission at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or to your national consumer mediation body.
