The price shown on your quote is your final, all-in price. You will never receive a bill after your bike is delivered. Every cost involved in getting your bike from our factory in Taichung, Taiwan to your front door is settled before it leaves.
We ship under DDP Incoterms (Delivered Duty Paid) — the buyer-friendliest possible shipping arrangement. We take full responsibility for the entire journey: export clearance in Taiwan, international freight, import customs clearance, and all applicable duties and VAT in your country.
What is included in every price we quote:
- Factory build & assembly (Taiwan)
- Export clearance (Taiwan customs)
- International ocean or air freight
- Import duties (EU Common External Tariff)
- VAT in your destination country
- Customs clearance & brokerage fees
- Last-mile delivery to your address
- All freight insurance
Taiwanese-made bicycles enter the EU under preferential conditions and are not subject to anti-dumping duties — unlike bikes manufactured in China. This is why we work exclusively with Taiwanese factories, and it is part of what makes our pricing clean and predictable.

Lead
Times
Built to order in Taichung, Taiwan. We keep you informed at every stage.
Each bike is built to your specification. Production starts only after your order is confirmed — and we confirm your exact lead time in writing before you commit.
Day 0
Quote & order confirmed
You accept the proforma invoice and pay the 30% deposit. Production slot is reserved.
Week 1–2
Factory production begins
Frame is painted to your Pantone / RAL colour. Your badge decal is applied. Components are sourced and built up.
Week 6–10
Quality check & 70% balance
We share photos of your finished bike. Balance invoice is issued — no payment, no shipment.
Week 8–12
Departure from Taiwan
Bike is packed, collected, and cleared for export. Tracking information is shared with you.
Week 10–14
Delivered to your door
Customs cleared, VAT paid, last-mile delivery completed. You receive your bike — and nothing else.

The 8–14 week window above is an estimate. Your confirmed lead time will be communicated in writing at the time of quoting. Lead times can vary depending on factory schedules and component availability. We will notify you proactively if anything changes.

Four countries. DDP in all of them.
We currently ship DDP to four European markets. All duties and VAT are handled for each country — you pay the same clean, all-in price regardless of where you are.

Payment
Terms
Two clean milestones. No card fees. No surprises.
We do not take online card payments at this stage. Once your build specification is confirmed, we issue a proforma invoice with all costs stated in writing. You choose to proceed — or not. No commitment until you have seen the full picture.
30%
Deposit — at order confirmation
Confirms your order and reserves your production slot. Payable after you accept the proforma invoice. Nothing moves before this is received.
70%
Balance — before shipment
Due once your bike is built and quality-checked. We share photos before requesting the balance. Shipment only proceeds after the balance clears.
How to pay
Payment is by bank transfer — SEPA (within the EU) or international wire. Bank details are provided on your proforma invoice. We do not accept PayPal or credit cards at this time.
Both amounts, the timeline, and all order details are stated clearly in your proforma invoice before you pay anything. Prices are locked at invoice date — they cannot change after you pay your deposit.
